- Open Hornet and go to your profile section
- Tap the ⋯ icon on the upper right corner of your screen
- Go to Settings
- Tap Privacy and select Request my personal data
- Open Hornet and go to your profile section

- Go to Settings
- Tap Privacy and select Request my personal data
- Go to our website https://hornet.com and access your account
- On the Home Screen, click your name/profile picture in the upper-right corner of the screen
- Click Account and select Request data
If you have deleted your Hornet account, you will not be able to access the Request data button, as you no longer have an account on Hornet. After you have deleted your account, your data is disposed of in accordance with our privacy policy. If you would like to learn more details, please visit https://hornet.com/about/privacy-policy/
If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, on the top center of the screen, and begins with the “@” symbol.
