To delete an old or duplicate profile, please follow these instructions:
On Android
- Go into the old or duplicate account
- Tap the ⋯ icon on the upper right corner of your screen
- Choose Report [name of the user]
- Select the option This is Me
- Write your comment, for example: “This is my old profile, can you please delete it?”
- Confirm by tapping OK
On iOS
- Go into the old or duplicate account
- Tap the ⋯ icon on the upper right corner of your screen
- Choose Report [name of the user]
- Select This is me and tap Report in the upper-right corner
- Write your comment, for example: “This is my old profile, can you please delete it?”
- Confirm by tapping OK
On Web
- Go into the old or duplicate account
- Click the icon ⋮ right next to the Follow button
- Click Report
- Select This is me
- Write your comment, for example: “This is my old profile, can you please delete it?”
- Confirm by clicking OK
